Before joining Elevation in 2016, Kelsey served twelve years in the United States Navy, leading elements in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a MA from the Naval Postgraduate School. Kelsey holds his FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 57, and 63 licenses.

Kelsey resides in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, two sons and daughter, where they enjoy all things outdoors.
