Before joining Elevation in 2022, Iven was a Quantitative Sales Trader at Olivetree Financial for 9 years. He cut his teeth in trading back in 1992 in Foreign Exchange, the year Soros "Broke the Bank of England." Subsequently, he entered the world of Equities and worked for UBS running their Program Trading desk in Hong Kong, South East Asian Sales Trading in Singapore, and was a member of the International Sales Trading Team in Stamford, CT.  

In his spare time, Iven works at The Bowery Mission which serves homeless New Yorkers.
